Your price(s) include all installation materials and labor unless equipment is added. If you would like to move forward with one of these options, please contact myself or the Shift Air office team to schedule your installation, a $2,000 deposit will be required by Credit Card for your installation to be scheduled. Please note that this will be shown as a deposit on your invoice. 

At Shift Air Mechanical, we are here to not only meet your needs but exceed them so let's work together to create a great Installation or Service experience that we will be proud of. Please let us know if something isn't right and we will make sure we make it right or come to an outcome that is beneficial. 

Shift Air Installations will be completed to the work promised from the signed estimate. Any extras will be discussed with the homeowners and will be requoted to make sure that everything is approved. 

At Shift Air Mechanical, we are committed to providing a high standard of service on every project we work on:

• We are up to date on all city home improvement guidelines and pull a permit on all projects we work on (when applicable)
• We offer emergency service so that if you ever need us in the future, we are available around the clock
• We want to meet your needs so if there is a product line or model, we have not provided in this proposal let us know and we can offer additional options 
• Shift Air Care Homeowner Curtesy Promise - Our techs will not smoke, swear, dirty, or damage your property and treat it with the same respect we would our own homes
• We have attached product information brochures to all of the equipment we quoted however we are here to answer all of your questions before and after your installation

This ensures not only that your home’s unit is running efficiently but works towards prolonging the life of the system itself. Shift Air Mechanical Ltd. understands the importance of maintaining your equipment and wants to offer a hassle-free and cost-saving way to do this. Our Shift Air Care Maintenance Plans not only includes seasonal prevetative maintenace of your unit but year-round savings for other services or parts you may need. It also includes an annual maintenance on your unit so that you are meeting the requirements of the manufacturer's warranty. We have two options for our Shift Air Care Maintenance Plans related to your HVAC systems and one option for your Plumbing systems;  these plans meet the diverse service needs based on the age of your equipment:

• Silver Shift Air Care Plan
• Gold Shift Air Care Plan
