Unless otherwise specified each install will include the following:

• Remove and dispose of old equipment.
• One year workmanship warranty from date of installation. 
• Clean-up work area and make the house cleaner then when we arrived. 
• Walk through with clients to make sure they understand how the equipment works and operates.
• Collect any information that you might have or need to have clarity on. 
• Make sure all permits under our scope will be completed in a timely manner.
• Provide the product that was quoted and install as per manufacture specifications.  
• Literature holders will be installed on the return air of the furnace with all manuals located in this holder.

We're not satisfied unless you're completely satisfied.  To ensure your comfort and satisfaction that the job is done right, we will take the following steps with you...

• On completion of the installation work, our technicians perform a complete check to ensure that the system is working properly and that all features are operational.
• We do a complete clean-up as part of our wrap-up procedure, including removal and safe, environmentally proper disposal of all replaced equipment. 
• At the conclusion of the job, we will do a full walk-through with you of the system or work we have done, reviewing the equipment, demonstrating how to operate the system as needed, and answering any of your questions.
• Our Comfort Advisor will follow-up with you after the job is complete, to answer any questions you may have and ensure that you are completely happy with the work and the installation that has been completed. 

There several payment options we offer to help make the payment of your installation as easy as possible:

CREDIT CARD - We accept Visa and MasterCard. A 3% Credit Card Fee will be added to the final amount for all purchases over $2,000. 

E-TRANSFER - If paying by E-transfer please have the e transfer total paid by the time the installation is completed.  Please send all E-transfers to info@shiftair.ca.

CHEQUE - Please note that we do not accept post-dated cheques and request all cheques be dated the day all work is completed. We will collect the cheque at the end of the job when the walk through is complete.
